the september playlist

In case you're wondering, I'm the cute one on the left (yeah, I said it) and the thing dangling from my mouth is my 'comfy' (muslin). We were pretty much inseparable for a long time and I'm told it stank to high heaven. I just thought it tasted good.

I have decided to change things up and do a themed playlist this month. I turn 21 in less than a fortnight (help, I am old), and so I am sharing songs that have been number one on my birthday throughout the years. I am quite proud of the fact that Whigfield were number one on the day I was born - it's a school disco classic! The early noughties era seems to have been pretty great, but the past few years not so much. Fingers crossed that the number one this year is a good one, as I've left a space for it! Now go and enjoy rocking out to these wonderful songs, and don't hate me too much for the fact that Eiffel 65 is on this playlist. It's not my fault.

(Edit: It's Justin Bieber, but it's a bloody catchy song. Had Sam Smith's Bond tune been released last week/did the charts still work on a released on Monday, charts on Sunday basis, he may have featured instead. Still not complaining. Could've been Sigala. Edit 2.0: Monday chart update and Sam Smith is number one. What did I say?! Midweek updates don't count, though, so Bieber it is.)
